Hours of Operation / Appointments
A: Our office hours are Monday – Friday between 9:30am – 11:30am
and 1:30pm – 4:00pm. We see clients by appointment only, no drop ins please.

When will my Sod be laid?
A. There are no set schedules on when sod is laid. We do all the prep work. Basically, when you come home from work one day, it will be done. We lay sod approx. between May and September. Please help up by keeping your yard clean of any debris, toys etc.

What happens if I am having problems with my house after possession?
A: Contact the Brenwood Service Department either by phone or email, and a service rep will make arrangements to meet with you.

Can I take a walk through of my house?
A: You must contact the Brenwood Office to schedule a walk through. If you are caught on site without appointment, that is considered a breach of contract. There are certain provisions to be followed to view your house at different stages.

Can I choose exterior colors of my home?
A: Unfortunately due to architectural controls, all exterior colors are decided between the builder and the land developer prior to being listed with real estate,
and can not be changed under any circumstances.

Can we have upgrades?
A: Yes, as long as the changes do not interfere with the progress of the house.
Please be advised that upgrades may affect the possession date.
